Order sent to wrong state

I ordered a pair of sneakers on 12/3/20. I received confirmation that my package was shipped. I emailed them to find out what company that they were going to use to ship my stuff they said, UPS. Now I have never had a problem with ups before, but now Payless gave them the wrong address and now my package is sitting on someone porch in another state. This is so unprofessional. Now they don't have a number that you can call them just an email address. I'm pissed off now I need to talk to someone like right now, not later. SMH. I'm not buying anything else from them. And I want a full refund. User's recommendation: Do do business with them they are no longer reliable.
