I originally started to place an order before Christmas but when I saw there was an upgrade option I didn't want to pay for it. I also didn't want something that would rust either so I exited out of the browser before I hit the Submit Order button. I didn't receive a confirmation. This has never happened because I order things online all the time. Last week, I got the backorder postcard and immediately marked "cancel" and signed it. The postcard had 4 baskets on BO!! Today, the packages showed up at my door. My bank rep called TeleBrands twice and finally got a supervisor on the phone. Because their system is down, they can't look up the account. The Sup said she would call me back in 2 hours. She called back in 5 minutes and told me the system would be down all day and I need to call back tomorrow. When I told her she needs to consider the fact she's a part of the scam, she hung up on me because I wasn't listening to her. My bank rep is calling me back in 2 hours to see if things are settled. Right now, I'm heading over to Better Business Bureau's website.
