Never got through but I ordered a pair mcm slides by mistake soon as I order them less then 2 minutes later I tried to cancel the order it had not even processed yet so now I have to pay more money to send the mcm slides that I try to cancel back just pissed I will not order from them ever again I could understand if I tried to cancel the order hours later after it had been processed but the order had not been processed yet house of Fraser is a rip off they sale luxury and do not give you the opinion to change a size speak to a live representative or just cancel if you ordered a item by error
