We have received a BROKEN Display TV after 15 days of order. Being dissapointed i have requested for replace giving all the info they needed. There was no reply or callback from SNAPDEAL since then. We are calling them on a daily basis and snapdeal representatives gave no assured reply. After 12 more days of struggle, we got a reply saying that reverse pickup is been delayed from our side. We have not received any call from any kind of courier partner. It's been a month since we ordered a TV and we are stuck with a damaged one. This is disappointing from SNAPDEAL, while all other competitors are promising 1-2 days safe delivery. Need URGENT resolution!!!
