- 09-04-2018: order #[protected] paid by Foreign EFT. Charges selected as Both instead of Ours. -11-04-2018: Received email stating due to incorrect charges selected need to pay difference of 8.68USD. -12-04-2018: Respond to email given and apologise for error and ask to please settle difference of 8.68USD by Credit Card. Response received same day from Avangate stating they wont process difference by credit card. Respond bu asking why we cant use credit card to settle difference as to pay by credit card is an option given on their online site. -13-04-2018: Resend email asking why we cant use credit card to settle the difference. -17-04-2018: Resend email asking why we cant use credit card to settle the difference. -19-04-2018: Send another email complaining for no response and lack of service. -23-04-2018: Make payment of difference by foreign EFT and send proof of payment. No response received. -24-04-2018:Resend proof of payment and ask for codes. -25-04-2018:Resend proof of payment and ask for codes. Try calling multiple numbers. Consultants cant help. Many numbers no one answers. Send another email to multiple address.
