When I received my email confirmation, it had in addition to my name and address, another person's name. No one I know. And the email was addressed to this person When I called, they said this the online order process, it assigns a random name. Then I asked if my order had shipped, no it was on hold. I asked why, "No reason, computer glitch.". They promise 2 day shipping. I paid 20 for that. Now it has been 4 days, and maybe it shipped today?
