Order placed 2 hours ago with wrong information

I placed an order for womens shoes 2 hours ago. Your add had it under womens shoes not mens. I caught it when it showed it shipped a few minutes ago. I tried to cancel or modify and i can't. This is not right and i want a full refund from this order. My daughter has no car and cannot return them. I wrote them back and tested the website on my end. I picked womens shoes and was directed to many womens shoes starting with sandals ect. Then picking the tennis shoes and ordering by size. It was then brought to my attention that they were men's and not womens so as soon as I got the confirmation that they would key word "would" be sent arriving in 5-7 days not speedy they would not cancel. There reply is attached. No customer service only this email that took them hours to reply and a chat that I can attach. (ok I need an email for you neither of my attachments you accept. One is txt as its the chat the other is a pdf.)
