I purchased a magic bullet years ago and had a part break. In calling them expecting to have to buy the part , I was told to ship the unit back ,which I did, and they sent another. This time around , the same part broke but it was the lady friends. I suggested she call the company as I had done ,expecting the the same results I had gotten. Granted her unit was a few years newer, she was told she had to buy another unit as the company now does not repair or replace the part. I went on line to find this part, only to find out it would cost $6 or 7. I then phoned the company back and in speaking with the rep who was rather difficult to understand became so frustrated I wound up buying another unit for the ladyfriend. Another intresting point is that the replacement parts l found on line shipped from Wuhan China
