Placed an order on the 8th of May 2019. The money was taken from my account and now it has been over 43 days and it has still not arrived. Customer service do not reply to any emails or mails sent to them via their website. I have not received any communication in over 3 weeks and prior to this the only communication was to apologize for the delay. Completely unacceptable customer service. I had previously used this company to order two phones previously without hassle but will not be using them again.
