Order not shipped and Customer Service not responsive AT ALL

It has been 3 weeks since I placed an order on 5/8/2020 and my order has not been shipped. I've attempted to reach customer service via phone only to be placed on hold for infinity. I have yet to get through to anyone who can assist me with my order. I've also sent 3 emails requesting a status on my order. There's been no reply to any of the emails. The company could at least be courteous enough to post a message to their customers informing us of what's going on. And if they can no longer fill order then don't take my damn money!!! I will NEVER do business with this company AGAIN!!! User's recommendation: Don't do business with this company. They're unprofessional, discourteous and now thieves.
