Update by user Sep 02, 2018 well its been another month, no products which were paid for over 4 months ago and no response from Northox. What a sorry-a** bunch to do business with. Original review posted by user Aug 01, 2018 I ordered $200+ worth of items from Northox, a supplier of legacy parts for the 3D Robotics Iris+ Drone. That was in April 2018. It is now August. This is one of several orders placed within the last 2 years and each time it takes longer to receive an order. I have attempted to contact via email yet the proprietor (Andrew B. Jensen) has failed to respond. I have several thousands of dollars invested in these aircraft, yet they are unusable without proper part support from the manufacturer and Northox. I would not recommend Northox or 3D Robotics. Two years after the debut of the Iris+, 3D Robotics ceased parts support of this well-built/well-engineered product other than the downloadable 3D printer files for the plastic parts. I guess the only 2 alternatives is to scrap the items and start again from scratch or aquire the cheap low quality knockoffs from China. Which BTW get here sooner from halfway across the world than Northox can deliver halfway across the US. A little word if advice, if you are considering a higher end multirotor do your homework and pay the extra upfront to a company that's gonna stand behind their product instead of hiding behind their website.
