Order not received but the email said it is already deliverd

Hi! Im very disappointed because today was the delivery of my order but suddenly someone received two of my orders. They delivered it to the wrong person. I already paid my order through debit. And lazada emailed me that the order has been received. I want a refund for my order please contact me on my profile account.
