Order not received and can’t reach customer service

I am so exhausted dealing with Macy's over the past several months. They have major order fulfillment, logistics and lack of communication issues. No part of the process works. After waiting for a product I ordered months ago with no word, I called them and they refunded me. They reordered under Order #[protected], I paid again and it shipped on March 16. I received order shipment notice but no delivery notice. When I attempted to track the package, it listed the delivery info as in another city. Multiple times daily, I try to reach customer service, by phone, or virtual agent chat. Nothing. There are no live agents and the automated agent gives you no choices but to call back. The virtual chat doesn't work. Macy's has essentially left me with no way to communicate the problem I am having. Their logistics process has seriously deteriorated.
