order not processed timely, no communication

We tried placing an order online and was successful in placing the order; received order confirmation. This was supposed to be an Overnight Shipment. After a few days not having received the shipment contacted Customer Support. We had already sent them Tax Exempt Documents to set up our Account. They insisted on wasting our time requesting Tax Exempt Documents multiple times and for our other locations even though we do not order product through any of our other locations. After wasting countless hours to ensure Tax Exempt Status I was reassured Tax Exempt had been set up. Revisiting my request for status update on our order I was notified that Terms were not approved so the order was not processed. I spoke to Cara [protected] regarding the order and was assured the order would be processed same day and shipped overnight after paying with Credit Card. I have called several times and have emailed for status on this shipment and no one has returned a response or tried to call. WE WILL PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS ELWARE MOVING FORWARD. **DONT WASTE YOUR TIME**
