I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/16/2012, to be delivered by Christmas Eve. I even called after I ordered and had the shipping time shortened to ensure delivery. I called 3 more times to make sure the item would be here by Christmas Eve. Each time I was assured it would be. By the way, the item is a military hoodie for a soldier in on leave (so it was IMPORTANT that it arrive in time!). It is now December 27the, and still no delivery. I just learned it is on the UPS truck for delivery TODAY - a good 3 days late! Guess cafepress can't be trusted to get the goods out in time for Christmas delivery. I just HOPE that when it comes it's in decent condition and my soldier is able to enjoy it before going back to his military unit!
