Order not going through| Pending for almost 3 hours.

Hello, On May 21st, 2021 I ordered from 4 different places and my orders did not go through for almost 3 hours. I had to cancel each order because I received no response from The Talabat help center. In addition, the service drivers ignored my messages every-time I tried to contact them. I hope you fix this issue because I would not like to go through the same issue as I wish to still use this App in future. Thank you.
