FedEx apparently delivered a package to my house, but left it in a snowbank as per my neighbor. I went out to look for it got home from work and there was no box anywhere. The order was called in to replace, and apparently there was portion of the order that was not available at the time Re-order, so the order was not filled at all. My gripe was that I never got a call Saying the order could not be filled, and I have three animals to take care of. I do have to say normally all orders are filled, and packages are delivered to my door. All I can say this mustve been the extras that FedEx hires.
