order not delivered – never again

Prior to Valentine's Day, I placed an order (over $100) for delivery to a Nursing Home. When I didn't receive a call from the recipient during the day, I called to check and confirmed as of 5pm nothing was delivered. I checked again at 8pm and still nothing. In between I attempted to check status online which was not available, and then by calling FTD and was told the wait time was over 30 minutes. I then filed a complaint on the website and minutes later received 3 different email confirmation saying my order had been delivered. I contacted the Nursing Home and again, nothing had been delivered. Not only did they not deliver the product, they are completely unavailable to explain what happened AND they lied by emailing false delivery confirmations. I am completely disgusted, am disputing the charges with the credit card company, and will never, ever use FTD.com again and plan to tell everyone I know that they failed miserably and will lie about.
