I ordered a cake of 580 INR on 13.05.18 from their site https://www.rosesandgifts.com/. Order no is RAG/130518/234022. I paid the amount of 530 INR (after applying discount code QVWZE4C) using my net banking. It was supposed to be delivered today 14.05.18. When I called at the given phone no [protected] first time, a lady said that it will be delivered by 4 pm. After 4 pm when I was calling multiple times, no one answered. Then I contacted with chat support, she said at 7:30 pm that it's on the way. After one hour it's still not delivered and I again tried to contact with them by phone many times, still no answers. I again then contacted via live chat and now she said it was delivered. But it was not delivered to the recipient. Then I told her so over chat, I didn't get any reply after. I need full refund asap.
