order not delivered and no money refunded

Dear All, On August 31st, 2017 I place an order regarding Huawei P10 plus, order#SA583305890. On September 21st, the item was not yet deliver however the maximum expected delivery date was September 20th. After an online chatting, they finally told me that the color I requested was not available and I had two options: - Choose another color - Request for an order cancellation. I choose to change the color from blue to black which they claimed was available and will be delivered after two days. Three more days later the item was not delivered and I then requested for a cancellation on September 24th. The cancellation was confirmed but till now I have not yet received my money back. Many mails have been sent and they keep telling me that I will received my money after 7 days which is over one month now. I will greatly appreciate if you can help fix that issue. If they cannot refund the money I will appreciate if they can deliver the phone. Best regards Phoenix
