I am from South Africa. Was so excited to place my first order from bh cosmetics. On the 6th of Oct I placed my order. International shipping days takes up to 21 working days to arrive. On the 12th of Nov more than a calender month later I email them to tell them that I didnt receive my order. They quickly responded to say that they needed to do an investigation to find out what happened to the parcel which is 100% understandable. They told me I needed to wait until the 22nd. Was hoping that in that time my parcel would have arrived, I even went to my local post office the 21st Nov to see if they could track my parcel but to no avail. So the 22nd I emailed them again to which they quickly responded that my parcel was either lost or stolen in transit and that they could either refund or credit or resend my order. I decided because they were so helpful and quick to help me with my parcel to give them another chance and really i just wanted my order so badly. So i asked for a credit which was issued 2 days later. And on the 24th I placed another order and added some more items. My order was about $140 which is over R2000 in SA which is alot of money. Its uppose to take up to 4 working days to process an order.Today is 8th Dec and according to their website my order still has not been processed. I have emailed them to which the initials emails was replied to that they have been very busy with orders. And to a certian extent I understood with being black fri and cyber monday. But after 7 working days of still not being processed I am livid and at this point they not even bothering to replying to emails. What angers me is that my first order was placed the 6th Oct 2 months later still nothing and no urgency to help a customer who gave them the benefit of the doubt. Being all the way in South Africa i feel helpless and robbed of R2100. Im so angry because I dont know what to do. Please help me. I want my money or my order. Now after also doing some research i see that bh cosmetics is famous for these types of problems.
