Dear sir or madam, my daughter ordered a top on the 17th August and was emailed on the 19th August to say that it had arrived at her chosen collection point. We went to the shop on the 24th August or thereabouts to be told by the shopkeeper the item was not there. My daughter then contacted you and was told that it would arrive for collection after 25th August and we went to the shop on the 26th August to again find out it was not there. She has called customer service and emailed and nothing has come to fruition! We are becoming exasperated and would like a refund ASAP or send the product to our home address, 39 Coppice Road, Worthing, West Sussex BN13 3FX. My daughters name is Ella Scantlebury-Laskey, phone [protected], email address [protected]@gmail.com. I would appreciate it if you could contact her urgently as I've always had a good impression of Bershka in the past however this situation is giving me the opposite feeling.
