I placed an order for TPA3116D2 50W*2+100W 2.1 Channel Digital Subwoofer Power Amplifier Board, and you promised to ship it within 7 days. But after 60 days i not received my order, then on 20.09.201b, by mail, I cancelled the order and cancelled confirmation received from you stating that I will receive my refund within 2-3 days by TOMTOP. But till date, I have not received refund. This is not fair for your esteemed TOMTOP website. I, numerous, mailed to customer care, but nobody is replying me. Sir, you are hereby requested to look into the matter and settle my refund, as I want to use the money to place another order with you in future. Thanking you.
