Order never went through and want a refund

I ordered a textbook for my Spanish class a week ago, including an access code for my online assignments, and have yet to receive it. The issue with this being that I have received absolutely no word elsewise about what could have happened to my product. I need this urgently for my class, without it I cannot do any assigned work, and aside from the generous assistance of one of the customer support reps, a Mr. Louie R, I have had no help in discovering what could have possibly happened to it. I cannot possibly describe how irate I am about this experience, and cannot say I plan on ever using Pearson as a means of purchasing important texts. Though I would definitely want to thank Mr. Louie R for his incredible assistance in the matter, being incredibly patient with us and helping in any way he could to help find the source of the issue, despite company negligence, he is an incredibly kind and helpful man. In the end, I simply want the product I ordered, that is all. User's recommendation: Do not even bother using Pearson, it is an absolute waste of time and money.
