Order never ships/customer service run-around

These guys are mostly nice to you on the phone, but clearly inept or maybe even maliciously messing with you. This company will go under during the Covid for sure (In fact, it looks like they already have)! I placed two orders a month ago on multiple items all stating online that they would ship within 1-2 days. After about two weeks, I received about 1/3 of one of the orders. About that time, I checked my account and found several of the oem parts were marked either "delayed shipping" or "back ordered. The rest of the order still showed "not shipped." I called customer service and after 40 minutes on hold, the guy tells me part of the order is there in their warehouse and the rest of the order, their waiting for their distributors. I ask if he'd ship the stuff they have and to cancel the rest of both orders because I could likely find a lot of it locally. Days later, I look up my account and find one order cancelled and nothing changed on the other order including nothing new shipped. Another call with another half hour on hold. Different guy says the part of the order that the first guy said was in their warehouse was not. But he supposedly fixes everything. Nope. Another week goes by. Another half-hour hold. I go through the same crap. Nope, again. one more time.... I give up. User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
