ORDER NEVER RECEIVED OVER A MONTH

I put in an order on April 9, 2021 and have not received anything. My order number does not exist? These were suppose to be gift items and know I look like an idiot. Can someone please let me know what is happening? Regards, Rosemary User's recommendation: Put in an order on April 9, 2021 and I still have not received it. It is over a month. The site tells me that my tracking number does not exist. However it did exist to take my money. Not a very friendly website to contact people. Cannot comment on clothing as I have not received any.
