I have been order from Tkmaxx online website 2 expensive watches on 19.03.21. On my Tkmaxx account said has been dispatched but Hermes courier never received them they still expect them since 21.03.21. I email to customer service without any response. I wanted to know if I will receive my parcel or I wanted a refund. I bought staff from Tkmaxx in the past and took them 5 days to arrive but now is a different picture and cause me to have trusted issue in tk maxx online service
