English version/ Dutch version below On 16 of march 2021 I bought via internet website SpotifyGlas UK a Night Light Matte, a custom text greeting card & a VIP service. together 36.92 GBP. Since than I am waiting and mailing about status update and at 3 may I ask for my money refund. The answers I got back by mail: The tracking status is not correct. The clearance process is not controlled by us. Emails I have sent to [protected]@gmail.com At 8 april 2021 I asked for status update At 3 may 2021 I asked for my money return because the order is still in Hong Kong according tot the stracking status At 11 May 2021 I asked for status update &money return At 19 May 2021 I asked for status update & money return I would like my money refunded on my visa which was used during the purchase. According to the terms from SpotifyGlassUK the average delivery time is 2 weeks. My purchase was on 16 march 2021 it is now 7 of June 2021. Het is vandaag 7 juni en ik heb nog steeds niets ontvangen. Ik heb meerdere mails gezonden naar status en gevraagd naar terugstorten van mijn aankoopbedrag. Dat is tot op heden nog niet gebeurd. Mail contacten waarin ik aan [protected]@gmail.com vraag naar status update en sinds 3 mei mijn geld retour. 8 april / 3 mei/ 11 mei /19 mei Graag wil ik mijn aankoopbedrag teruggestort op mijn visa kaart die is gebruikt bij aankoop op 16 maart 2021.
