Ordered flea control for my cats 19 days ago. Called and spoke with John, who is the person i spoke with when I ordered. I called in regard to the COVID-19, asking to see if my order would be late, he said NO. I called back today, phone rang for 5 minutes, John answered. I gave him my order number and name, he stated, it's going to be another week and a half before it arrives. This is not good business practices, will have to look for another company to provide my pet care needs. User's recommendation: Beware! Order at your own risk.
