Order is delayed want to cancel

Ordered was scheduled for delivery at 4:10, then 4:20 then 4:40 then 5:05. We needed it at 4:10 as we had to leave by 4:45 for football practice. It's to late at 5:05. Sent driver a message to cancel. Please make sure we get a refund.
