This is horrible customer service, I placed an order back 08/14/2020 I was advised my product would arrive by 09/09/2020, upon calling the store the person advised me it had NOT even shipped out yet. Mind you your company already took my money and cleared my bank, yet I have not received my product. Apparently anything less than purchasing from the store is not worth the time or effort as I have yet to receive my purchase on promised due date. Also, had this been available in my local store I would have bought it that day and had no issues. This unacceptable. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE.
