order has still not arrived!

I sat at home for 2 days waiting for a delivery that never came! I rung and spoke to a Jeremy after the first day and was advised that he would follow it up. I never received a phone call however when I checked the tracking it was out for delivery again. At 2:47pm the tracking was updated to ‘returned to depot'. I rung again and spoke to Jeremy who advised me that the driver was inundated and would not be able to deliver again. At this point I was furious and asked to speak to a manger but he said no one was available, mind you he didn't even ask!! I then proceeded to call the Melbourne depot where I spoke to Jenny. She was lovely and followed up with the driver who then advised that he would deliver it that evening. This did not happen! It is Good Friday today and after 2 days of waiting for a delivery which never came I am livid. How can a company employee drivers who can't do their job? It is unfair on the customer to be expected to wait around for not only one day but several and then have their order sent back to the depot. It is not my problem that your drivers have taken on too many deliveries and when it states they your order is ‘out for delivery' there is no excuse! Once again I still haven't received my order and your lack of customer service is appalling.
