Order has not been sent despite paying for them in July 2017

I purchased two Boxsets of DVDs in July 2017 forward ordering for delivery in October 2017 when released. Despite many promises they have still not been dispatched I have now been told I will receive them by the end of January! With postage to the UK I paid $370.75...
