I placed my order on May 6, 2020 for two 50-foot Silver Bullet Pocket Hoses in which I prepaid $64.91 using my credit card. I have called numerous times regarding the status of order and every time I have spoken to a customer service representative (in India no less) I get the runaround with the same reply that I will receive my hoses in 7-10 days. My most recent calls were on July 6, 2020. I am thoroughly disgusted with Telebrands and am considering taking action against your business.
