P Pjosh Sep 18, 2020 My sister and I ordered a full order of furniture valued just under 3400.00. We proceeded to the check out with approval for 3500.00 from finance co. Then an item was out of stock, we replaced item them proceeded to check out, again only to be denied. The first order placed was somehow lost but the financing went through! So no record of Wayfair order but full financial approval. Wayfair clueless on how to help, Wayfair clueless on how to reverse or cancel financial agreement with lender. Now we have to prove to lender we have no existing order. Cluster you know what!! But they manage to send reminders on the furniture I have picked in cart might go out of stock? WTF
