Order Confirmation W1002289656/Owner hangs up phone on me twice

I placed order number W1002289656 on Tuesday 5 January 2020 at 4:00 pm CT and received my confirmation on Tuesday 5 January 2020 at 4:27 pm CT. I went on to the tracker at 2:00 pm on Wednesday 6 January 2020 and tracking advised the order was out for delivery. This was to Ethos Dental who is open from 8 am CT to 3 pm CT. As of this writing (2:47 pm CT) the order has not been delivered. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman who told me the driver is out delivering and he could not give me an update. I asked him to call the driver and advise me of the status. I was on the telephone with Ethos Dental when he called back and he did not leave me a message on the delivery status. I called back immediately and a lady advised the order is out for delivery and I asked to speak with the gentleman who I spoke with 10 minutes ago and she advised me he is out. I asked about the order and she hung up on me. I called back and advised it was me and I spoke with the dental office and they were getting ready to close and still had not received my order and she hung up on me while I was still speaking. This is unacceptable customer service - I spent $132 on thank you boxes for everyone at the dental office who are only all in on Wednesday mornings and here it is - office closing time and the thank you boxes have still not been delivered. This is unacceptable service and the owner should not be allowed to operate a Edible store if they cannot provide the service requested.
