the OKwatt units....ordered two 5/1020 and cancelled the same day. order number 158601. I have received letters from their customer service people Kim Berly.. who I responded to and a person named Floyd. The Company has been supplied with all info to respond. I disputed the charge and was not able to get a credit. The Company seems to be practicing FRAUD! I plan to add my complaint to the BBB long list of complaints. User's recommendation: do not buy from this Company.
