Order cancelled and no money back

I bought a Motu M2 audio interface last month and my order was canceled by them due to no product and the money was given back originally so I didn't see a point in calling about the product at the time. A week ago I was charged for the same product I was charged for originally! I called them to let the customer service know I no longer want the product and I want my refund. It has been a week and here I am again on hold for a call that supposedly was dropped! Guitar Center you really should make your customer service helpline much better if you want loyal consumers buying yoir products... User's recommendation: If money is transferred in your account for an order you have made make sure you call because the problem with what they did was not refund me and I'm still on hold after I waited a week for the refund!!!
