Order cancellation after 3 hours

I was made to wait for more than 3 hours for my order. I contacted the customer care at the earliest. Still their respond was extremely slow and below acceptance. I was trying to tell them about the issue and it was only after 3 hours that they realized it was a technical fault. In return I was promised a voucher of Rs 100. The next day when I asked about the voucher multiple times none of their executives responded. All of them asked me to wait with no further response. This was my second order from foodpanda. I have never experienced such pathetic customer treatment from any food delivery company in India be it Swiggy or uber eats or zomato. They have no manner of treating their customer. I am never ordering from this app again.
