Order came with 2 Neck relax and 2 came but I only wanted one Neck Relax

I had t.o pay shipping charges when I turned the Neck relax ready to return at the post .office. I expected to be reimbursed for this cost plus the 59.99 . So far I have not been issued a refundcare Be User's recommendation: Be careful about getting 2 instead of one and charged for 2.
