I pre ordered an item which is what brought me to the site. Once there I ordered a few extra items. When i received my package the items were all just rolling around in one big box. One item was broken. The very next day I get an email stating they have cancelled my pre order and I will need to re order... HOW? THEYRE SOLD OUT! Thats the point of a PRE ORDER! I am so absolutely disgusted by this so called "service" Spencers has really gone downhill. Dont waste your time or money bc they wont do anything but give you a *** 10% code when your not instrested in future purchases.
