Order and refund never received

In the begining of may, i bought shoes from toms online. After one month, I didnt reveived my order so i ask for a refund. On june 1st, I received a email saying i would received a refund soon. im still waiting for my refund.... i dont know what kind of service Toms is providing normally but this is the worst experience of online buying i got... i tried to call i waited 4h on the line without getting any answer and i also tried your online chat and i never got anyone on the chat to help me . it is a big 0 out of 100 for the client service for me.
