They are horrible!!! I ordered Heartgard for 4 dogs. They immediately charged my credit card $134. Then a week later I get a phone call that they didnt have it for the smaller dogs. I said to just cancel my order because I need it within 4 weeks. They said partial order has shipped even though it still shows pending in my account. I do not believe it was shipped when they said. Then they asked me for my credit card number and they will credit part of the order they didnt have. I told them I dont give them a credit card over the phone and they should already have it since they processed it. They then told me they would put $63 credit on my account to use in the future. Yea right, Ive never gotten that credit even though I have three emails telling me the credit should show up now, never has. Now they said they shipped the other meds on the 4/27 but it should take 6-8 weeks to get here, geez, even a slow boat from China would get here quicker. Im so upset trying to deal with this company. It makes me sick User's recommendation: Never order from this company it’s a scam.
