I never received the Embrace™ Premium Breathable Nylon Dog Harness × 1 Blue / S $9.99. I placed my order on November 24th and received part of the order (the 2 free items) but not the harness, which I paid for. I have sent 3 previous emails to Dog Pawty about this, but never received a response. I really just want my harness. Or if they cannot fulfill that order, I want my money back.
