I needed my order canceled. I lost my job due to COVID-19 and I contacted a zales representative(Ellin K.) to ask her to cancel my order. She said she would put in a request but to plan on being charged. Ive bought a cheaper ring from a self employed jeweler and cant have this Zales transaction go through. I need my bills payed and do not want to be in a situation where my card declines. I need to cancel this order # 100000****0958 ??? I can not afford this ring. Ms. Ellin K. was not so helpful. I desperately need this order canceled.
