We bought a headstone from select memorials which are now trading as orchid memorials we waited months for delivery but afted many phone calls which were never answered, we tried e mailing them, we then recieved a letter telling us they had gone into insolvency, and would not have our headstone forr my late husband. They have no conscience or heart, to be able to do this to people at such a sad time is lower than low, and to think they will not be named and shamed is a joke. I was one of the lucky one's friends contacted my bank and i had a full refund. So am now able to go with a more reputable company, and my late husband will have the headstone he so deserved.
