I lost service from xfinity and when it returned orbi satellite was a solid magenta, i called to get assistance. Made me renew technical support for 89 dollars I got 1/2 way through support was put on hold and the line was disconnected. I gave them my number to call back but received no call back I now am on hold for 30 minutes trying to reconnect. This is unacceptable service. User's recommendation: Do not buy this product, trouble shooting is a money pit and customer service is terrible.
