Orange network customer service is horrible
I had changed my monthly plan to pay as you go. Though the contract expired , the customer service refused to cancel the contract immediately and wanted one month notice. After sending a sim card to change the plan to pay as you go , the customer service asked to delete a message which they would send to retain the same number . When i called up customer service, i realised that it was not a free number. Finally, after calling up from another mobile and after speaking to two people repeating the same story to port the number , the executive replied that the concerned department closes at 10 pm. When I questioned her that it was only 9 pm, she shut the phone down. Effectively, my old phone number is suddenly disconnected and I am left with a new phone number which nobody knows. The representatives were all very rude and very careless to respond to the customer queries. I vow that will never use orange network again. -Suresh
