Orange Broadband – Poor Customer Service

This is just a complaint about the issues i've had with Orange Broadband. My net has been down for 6 days now, Orange have no idea. Their "line tests" keep failing, and i was even told today that it was BT i needed to speak to because it wasn't an Orange issue. I rang BT and they said there were no faults open on the line and that the problem lies with Orange. I rang them back and gave them the reference number which BT had given me as proof there was no issue on my line with them. They tried another line test and said it failed. They don't know what to do. They asked me to ring them on Friday morning to find out if they had been successful in doing a line test !. The internet went off on Friday, i reported it to them then and they did a line test which failed. They tried another one but that again failed. They asked me to ring Saturday morning and that it should be sorted by then. Surprisingly, by Saturday morning it wasn't!. Rang them again and they told me they couldn't do a line test on a weekend and to ring back Monday!. Rang Monday and they tried to do 5 or 6 line tests, all of which failed. They asked me to ring back Tuesday and the same happened. I asked to speak to their line manager who tried to run a line test and it failed too. I rebooted my router, swapped the wiring over, did a reset on the router, tried 3 different filters, tried the test socket, even tried a spare router i had. But all results the same, the @ symbol flashing fast and "Link Down" shown on router status. I know the issue lies from the green server box over the road to my house, but will they *** get an engineer out. Today i rang and they still could not get a line test done. She then said someone will ring me between 9 and 12 on Friday to tell me how they are going to proceed. Customer service in my experience is very bad !
