On todays visit,instead of the lovely blonde highlights i recvd prior, i recvd blotchy,orangey bleeding highlights. Nothing was properly touched up as i requested,either. The girl helping me didnt seem to care,as she said i was done before my hair was even properly dried! Not to mention,she qas too busy on her cell and talking to her friends to even be polite...just horrible. If these are senior students,why in the world have none of the girls ive been to ever done highlights? They shoukd give a class on proper etiquette with clients as well...
